  Todd Spiegelberg - Director of Photography on Just Rewards:
Growing up in Southern California, I would come upon film production units shooting out "On Location". This fascinated me as a kid, witnessing production and seeing the finished results on the big screen or television. My experience in film began in 1981. I was approached by a BBC production company to star in a documentary about film legend James Dean. The three day shoot gave me some great insight on how films are shot and assembled. A few years after relocating to Oregon, I was introduced to the owner of Positive Media Focus, Adriel Henderson. I was very fortunate to be involved with his group to develop three wonderful independent films. In 2007, I met Brian and Teri Martin of the Santiam Film Group. They were organizing like-minded people with a passion for film making. The Martin's introduced me to Patrick Sevigny of Long Strange Trip Productions, LLC. I was brought in to be Director of Photography on Patrick's project Lights Out. Soon after, our next project, Just Rewards, enabled me to improve my skills as "DP", as well as contribute to pre-production and post-production. Being able to follow my passion of film making and associating with friends that share that same passion is very gratifying indeed.
